Not sure I can help you.

I'd first connect with INPA/INSTA D to read/diagnose any issues with the car. Once that is done....

Use NCS Dummy... not NCS Expert to read/copy amp settings(file) from the connected "old" amp that you have connected to the wiring harness. You will need to read up on how to use it.

Using NCS Dummy you read/save that file on your computer for future use etc. you make any changes you need to the file you want/need to do. If you have been given a file for the amp instead use that file if that is your preference.

You then up load that file with the proper file name to the new amp you have connected to the amp wiring harness.

As I said... use NCS Dummy and read the documentation on it to learn how to download/upload files....
