Question - because my friend has a '12 Boss 302 and he told me he spoke with engineers of the car when he went to that driving school you get with the purchase. According to him, they mentioned that the reason the engine redlines at 7500 RPM is because the ECU can't keep up with the calculations at a higher RPM - this was the reason that the car feels like it keeps making power until the abrupt fuel cutoff at 7500.
Just curious - did you need to make any hardware changes along with raising the rev limiter, or was my friend misinformed with a bunch of hogwash?
Thanks
