The 160 HP LongEZ pusher will cruise at 180 knots (~208 mph) burning 6.8 gallons per hour at 17,500'. I can go faster, about 200 knots, but it will burn 12+ gph. So, roughly 30 miles per gallon at cruise speed of 208 mph. the EZ holds 52 gallons, so I can fly a
looong way w/o refueling.
The 180 HP RV-6 is slower and not as fuel efficient.
