Just to clarify something to both arguing parties, the gearbox shifts fine if you try to take it's tactile feedback and shift properly, however that fine line of feedback is very volatile when you have soft engine and transmission mounts and you will be required to perform almost flawless technique in order to land a grind-free "quick" shift.

The engine mounts will make your life easier, but it doesn't mean it will not grind anymore. it will if you don't know how gearboxes work.
