Anyone who works on the s54 could tell you in a heart beat. It's such an absolute that it's not even worth spitting out credentials, they are ebay headers, period. Just trust me or link the picture on an M3 forum somewhere and ask what headers they are.
They are like $200 max on ebay. I do NOT recommend buying them, there are a bagillion and 1 reasons why they are worth exactly how much they cost.
