Pretty much every flash out there for any BMW will adapt, it's a matter of how far.

Yes but if something were to happen and it was sent off as a puma case they can see it. Even if your motor blows completely though they are unlikely to do this (unless you piss the dealer off).
Hell they will probably leave you alone for the most part for having a supercharger, especially if you know people at your dealer.
