OBDII Testing is passed on the other cars. Not sure I can do the same on these but will try my very best and probably have a solution.
As for the tail pipe test, the large majority pass. We do have a few exceptions on E39 M5's which run very rich to start with and the MAF's help them lean out just enough to pass. These cars typically have issues with vacuum leaks. Even on those it's very very few.
If you fail on visual... well, there is not really much we can do about that.
