EDIT: Sorted it, just needed to roll up / down the windows and re-calibrate (??) the roof mechanism.

ORIGINAL:
I removed the panel behind the driver seat to do some work on the car. After assembling everything again, the soft top make a motor sound for a second, then the button flashes red, the roof doesn't move.

Any pointers on what I may have done wrong when disassembling / reassembling the roof?
