I use the 120v charging cable that came with the car, and it works just fine. At some point, I will probably install 240v outlets in the garage to take advantage of Level 2 charging. My next EV will have more range so it'll be useful in more scenarios, and therefore I will want the faster charging rate. This may also allow me to delay charging until grid demand is at its lowest and electricity is cheapest.
