You shouldn' t have to ask Bmw Italy, but directly to Bmw Germany, and rely on a private agency near the border, Chiasso or Como, for example !!
The problem isn' t the spec Canadian, but the Swiss plate: because are out of Europe (also Montecarlo !!), the DTT (Italian-TUV !!) must test realy the car; with european car, ONLY the documents !!
And the controls aren' t the same in all City, also change from every single engineer that make the test: usually, MIlano it' s too hard, Bologna very easy, etc. !!!
