I mean, you are going to have a mechanic do a full PDI anyways for a car like this, so even if they are shysters, a good mechanic will reveal enough.
25k for that kinda mileage is a good deal, i paid close to that for mine with 100k 2 years ago, the roadys are seriously undervalued
