Using the actions of other individuals to justify your actions is a somewhat juvenile response....especially when you claim it's just for fun.
Reaching down to sound your "horn", especially if you are driving, is a case study in distracted driving... as in almost all cases you are going to glance down whether you intend to or not.... it's an ingrained response.
So... pointless....
