Rick, thank you again for a truly wonderful story! Excellent subject matter, great research and your descriptions are fascinating. I had 2 great-grandfathers in the Civil War. One of which was captured by Nathan Bedford Forrest near Rome, Georgia in May, 1863 and spent the next 9 months in Libby Prison in Richmond, VA until his successful escape in Febuary, 1864. Also your writing style makes this an extremely pleasurable read!!
