Well, of everyone here you address I happened to post twice on the topic so it's tempting to clarify that even though I've posted too much here already.
There's absolutely nothing wrong in high performance provided the quality doesn't suffer.
It's just when you do understand what you are typing
the speed isn't really important (unless it slows you down too much, like you forget the entire sentence struggling to type in the beginning of it
