actually, high compression pistons are completely UNNECESSARY by going to a higher lift cam set.
But yes, you do have to use new springs/retainers.
And there IS the possibility that there might not be enough valve relief on the piston dome. Possibly.
What about your tune after the headers/cam install?
I'm really interested in that.
