Camber and/or fender roll would likely be needed, but it's definitely possible. This setup is only 2mm more pushed out when compared to The HACK's 9.5 ET28. I've run 9.5 ET25 in the past and I know some owners run 10 ET25, which is 8mm more aggressive than the setup you're considering.
What tire sizes did you have in mind?
