You need more than one towel. Many are needed. Once the cloth is loaded up with wax, it will start to streak and it is harder to remove.

You also most likely put too much wax on. Most people do. A little goes a long way.

There is no perfect wax. It all depends on what you plan to accomplish.
figure out what you want to do. Do you want longevity and or protection? Do you want the best shine... The color of your paint also has a large factor in this. Some coatings look better on dark colors, some on lighter colors.

I will not tell you what to buy. You are going to have to do some research to find out what you want. You might even change your mind on a particular brand.

If you are really into getting the most out of what you are trying to accomplish, after some of your research, you will find out that for most part, you will stay away from most auto store/department store coatings... and...... surface prep is the biggest thing....
