Ask them. They make great roofs but don't always communicate. I would not have known my roof was done if I hadn't asked them. I also had to follow up several times to get tracking information. (Good thing I got it as well, as the I was able to see the shipment is stuck in customs due to an "Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity.") They've updated info for customs but status is unchanged. Now I'm continuing to follow up on that.  |
