I'd caved and purchased one (RE X-pipe) new since nobody seems to be selling them used or may be I was just impatient
Got it installed yesterday - Only drove it to and from work to "try" it out. It's definitely louder and gave the car some added grunt - I would say about 15%-20% louder than just the Eisenmann Sport cans. IMHO, this is how Eisenmann Sport should have sounded to begin with. However, I'm not getting (or at least didn't noticed) that added or amplified pops and burbles that everyone was talking about. I'm 95% happy with my setup right now
I will be 100% happy if it got some added pops and burbles.
Surprisingly, the x-pipe didn't add much volume inside the car cruising with the windows up - just a teenie-weenie bit louder than just the Eisenmann Sport - very wife friendly mod
But it does sound very exotic on the outside when you get on it
