Any car that is deemed to have been using such components at a race can be excluded from the results of an FIA sanctioned race by the stewards irrespective of any load/deflection tests current or future.
If any team protests the Baku race results, based on rear view camera footage that shows the same level of flexibility seen at the Spanish race, it is highly likely to be upheld.
yes.. with the current state of the regulation, this means its up to stewards interpretation and cars can be DQ'd.. FIA says, fix your wing before we do something less or more.. sounds fair for now..
