I have two monitors at my desk. BP is usually always open on the monitor that no one can see. When most people come to me with questions, I laugh on the inside when they say, "I know you're busy and I hate to bother you, but...."
I then proceed to act as if I am extremely busy but willing to make time for them with a smile. That is, everyone for the exception of the production lead on 1st shift. That guy is an idiot and I always find some reason to chew his ass before he walks away. F that guy.
