The low production numbers would certainly suggest it's got future potential. Only 1815 Z4MC's over a three year period. Heck, there were over twice as many Z3MC's.
Compared to all the Porsche's and Corvettes (20-30k cranked out EVERY YEAR), defiantly not a car you see on a regular basis.
Adam Carolla mentioned the M Coupe in one of his most recent Carcast podcasts. Has said in the past he likes both generations, but has really harped on he Z3MC lately.
