Haven’t seen many clean low mileage ones. But my best guess, assuming no accident history, under 60k miles, unmolested or minimal mods with extensive maintenance history (incl inspection 1), probably looking at low to mid 30s.
To get high $30s to low $40s, it would have to be the above with but really low mileage and highly sought after options / color (e.g. fully loaded sans navi, carbon dash, black or red interior).
Comparable coupes tend to fetch $5-7k more. There are some dealer listings asking for low to mid 50s but those have not moved in months. We are living in a crazy time though. Just a few weeks ago a 535xi e61 wagon with over 100k miles but 6mt sold for $53k on BaT lol.
