I have a Racetech RT4119HR mounted in my car. It fits with ease, but I don't have any interior panels, so hard to say if there would be issues with the door cards and such.
Ingress/egress without a disconnect steering wheel is a bit tough. You could squeeze by it by moving the wheel up and in each time, but you'll want a removable wheel in the end.
