When I was looking, I checked out one in Marietta, Georgia. It was Titanium Silver, ~45K on the clock, BMW individual Maritime trim (wood), and was still covered under factory CPO Warranty and maintenance (so they claim).
The dealer was one of those smaller private auto brokers. There were a few things I noticed on the drive that would have warranted a good PPI but I ultimately walked away because he didn't make the slightest effort to work on the price. However, it's been on the lot for a few months since then so they might be singing a different tune now.

Ended up buying mine from a member here and driving out to Texas to pick her up. Worth every mile. What they say is true on these boards, buying from an enthusiast is the way to go and you have to be willing to travel to get it. That being said, it's totally worth it, good luck!
