Yes, absolutely. If you lift in cold weather, just be sure to get a good warm-up. It will be harder to get up to temperature and when/if you sweat, then you can get cold again quickly. If it is below freezing, then you might have problems with touching the cold metal.

last winter I lifted outside the entire season. upper thirties and no shirt.
this winter I lifted inside and I'm probably 14 pounds heavier with fat when compared to 2021. but I feel good.
