No idea on the H&Rs personally; but, I've heard they are pretty rough when it comes to ride, even more unbearable then the OEM suspension which we all know is stiff as it is. My GF just got me a set of Tein S.Tech for my car, they are 0.6"/0.7" drop which is not as substantial as most lowering springs so I'm assuming it wont affect it too much
