I....don't even know if they do that for humans up here, let alone dogs....but I don't know much when it comes to medicine. That's my wife's area. I might google it, but can't imagine it is cheap if it is available.
I've thought about just buying some tensor bandages and crap and wrapping his leg up, but I would think I would need to know how to wrap properly. Maybe I'll tap my neighbour and see if he can do it, he's a physiatrist and his wife does sports rehab...probably they know more than me.
