HWY 9 is almost too tight, instead I suggest La Honda (84) out to HWY 1 and do it while traffic is minimal - early in the a.m. |
9 is way too busy most of the time these days, but La Honda is a great route for sure, and the drive in either direction of 1 is great.
Going through Big Basin is fun as well, but definitely more of a relaxed vibe than able to stretch the car's legs.
