Looks awesome. 100x better than BMW's OEM Phoenix Yellow.
Though personally I probably would've gone with Ferrari or Aston Marton or Porsche yellow (and it probably wouldn't have cost more). Something about having GM/Corvette color on my car would irk me a litte.
