Try looking around at the extreme corners of the bulkhead trim. A flashlight really helped me on my car. There were 2 clips on the right (passenger) side. I ended up not needing to unclip anything on the left.
You can also loosen the back panel by pulling it down under the cargo cover. Try starting in the middle and working your way out. That way you might be able to feel around for the pushpins and push them out from the backside of the trim.
