the key though is to continue the degeneracy. go hard friday night, call the boys up saturday morning (or be nice to the girl you brought back) and get brunch with bottomless mimosas. then it's block time anyway, so 2-3pm you partake in happy hour deals while drinking with the guys.
a quick nap 6-8pm, quick meal, and repeat. come sunday, shower and advil and to the library (don't set an alarm to wake up) while bordering the OD line for caffeine and other stimulants
and hella protein. don't forget hydration
