Using the rear hitch point for a wing??? That’s very intriguing.... I can see some issues though.....

I must ponder this.
I've been working on a few different ways of fabricating a large rear wing for track days for the Z4MC that will not require any permanent mounting or hole drilling. I've also been looking at different ways of carrying a go-kart on vehicles and tow-balls are often used for motorcycle carriers etc. So I can't see the downforce of a rear wing on a Z4MC exceeding the weight of a motorcycle, even at 150mph.

I can also see a few issues using that bike carrier without some additional triangulation and/or strengthening, but as a basic attachment for a wing carrier, I think it's a good starting point.
