I've heard about the AP bar at the track and it's usually been part of a joke from a Porsche guy. I had never seen it in person or in pictures until now and I can say that I agree that it looks like it serves no more purpose than a harness bar. It has many more problems than just too many bends!
The Weichers kit looks significantly more intelligently designed!
