part #15 is a plastic little pop in expander type plug. there are about 3 or 4 of them underneath the bottom of the window upper rail. they are tiny. They are supposed to hold in the uper rail guide, but on mine they did jack. I glued that rail back on. still have the little useless plugs. lol
