The rear ZCP/CSL E46 M3 calipers also use the same 46mm piston as the Z4M. In short, the Z4M brake system is identical to a ZCP/CSL E46 M3.

I agree, if you're going to use the Z4M front calipers, be sure to pair them with the Z4M/ZCP/CSL rear calipers.
