It sure is! That kit will clear the following ARC-8 sizes:
18x9.5" ET22
18x10" ET25
18x10.5" ET27
All 19" sizes
The 18x9.5" ET35 ARC-8 would require at least a 12mm spacer to clear, making it an effective ET23, in which case you would just use the 18x9.5" ET22.
Our 18x9.5" ET35 EC-7 wheel will clear the 6-piston 380mm StopTech kit with no issues, however.
