No, this is a short shifter (well, more like short shifterČ ). For a sequential setup you need a new gearbox (from like hewland or quaife).
Nice bit of kit. Sadly not very cheap.
I can imagine it to be very comfortable/quick on the track, having the lever so close to the steering wheel.
