I'd agree, but I don't believe the 4S is available in 18" sizes in Europe.
The issue we have is that the good tyres are either not available in our size, or there's a front tyre available but no matching rear - or there's a rear available but no matching front.
I think the Goodyear F1-Supersport is now available in the standard Z4M sizes - and the
reviews are very good (i.e. better than the 4S in some scenarios), but I'm still wearing out my Michelin Supersports so not tried out any of the new 'models' yet.
The Continentals also perform well, but their wear rate is a bit worse than both the Michelin and Goodyear UHP tyres, so may not work out at good VFM.
