The V12s are raved about because they're cheap and decent for all-seasons, and last a long time. They're not awesome for track in the dry, but better than run-flats
For me personally though, I enjoyed General Exclaim UHPs more than the V12s, but they're the same level/category of performance (quite low). Again, nothing even remotely close to max-performance street tires, but good for all-around and the price.
RE-11s are good tires, but they're quite pricey in 19" sizing, so I've been running Nitto NT05s for a longggggggg time now. The NT05s are on par with, if not better than the RE-11s and are significantly cheaper.
