Passenger door looks repainted - I'd be VERY concerned about that and would want to see some history of body work/paint. Could also just be the lighting though. Has navigation which is an absolute no-go for me, but others like it or don't mind it.
This car might be ok if there is good historical documentation - but if there's little or none, I'd walk.
