Unfortunately, I only know of XtremeHID up in South San Jose. It may be worth your time to come up from SoCal and have them install LED angel eyes for you.
It will cost you around $400 for materials, headlight baking, and wiring labor for this to be done. I liked them so much that I went back with my recently-acquired E36 M3 and had them install the same LED halos into my M3's headlights for me
