The part I most want to be true is that "Ferrari was penalized with lower fuel flow for last year but will be fully released this year"...but I would think its highly unlikely to be true.
I think Leclerc and Sainz should make a great pairing...not too much ego sloshing around.
But I reckon Leclerc will come out ahead, he is a natural racer with a lot of speed.

EDIT: it seems like the reduced fuel for the 2020 season might actually be a thing....I do hope that means they will be competitive for 2021
