You have access to the stands, it's open to everyone with a ticket. It's best to take the tram and exit through the tunnel at turn 1 and it drops you off near the red 1. Then re-enter near there and go up the grandstands. I like to sit near the top of the red 2 area, it gives you a great view of about 1/3 of the track.
