Ferrari 458 for me.
570 hp at 9000 rpm. Surprisingly good torque with 400 ft-lbs at 6000rpm, and 80% of that available below 3200 rpm.
By comparison the E92 S65 is about a 12% smaller engine (4.0 vs 4.5)... but makes 160 less hp and 100 ft-lbs less torque (25% down).
The new GT3 is also a 4.0, but down 2 cylinders. surprisingly it puts down similar power curves to the 458 numbers. probably more to do with Porsche under rating and Ferrari over inflating their crank numbers.
