Just had my oil changed for the first time since I picked the car up, and after talking with the guys at ESS + the guys at the local BMW shop (not a dealership), I went with Lubro Moly 10W-60 Synthetic. It's the same stuff used in the supercharger.

Anyone have any experience with the stuff, especially the amount of miles I can expect between oil changes? FWIW, I'm planning on changing out the filter every 4-5K regardless.
