Lots of information on the interwebs on this.

What I do:
Fill tank to average on track.
Your driver weight in the drivers seat, water in cool suit box.
Tires inflated to track pressures.
Disconnect anti-roll bars and set shocks to softest settings to minimize stiction. Many tutorials say to disconnect the shocks altogether (obviously we can't in the front).
Make sure they use a platform where all four tires on are on the same plane. Ask them about this. Very important! I use water and gravity to dial in the four scale pads to within 1/16". A shop probably uses a laser level.
Align the suspension.
Corner balance car. Roll the car back and forth a few feet after each adjustment to let the tires settle.
Reconnect ARB's making sure end links are equal (no binding).
Check alignment.
