Strange situation; if that's really the case something is very wrong with the FIA warning system.
If you want to think like them then it's one of the following:

1) Redbull and the FIA were in on it, the FIA told redbull not to have any indash warnings or radio warnings to max on yellow flags so he doesn't have to slow down. Then when they get caught the FIA will let him go and blame it on system issues. #MAXFIA.

2) Rebull were cheating by purposefully eliminating any warning systems on their cars or pitwall, this way they could potentially have another few tenths of full speed before max pyscially sees the waving flags. Then when caught they would make an excuse for the FIA's system being glitchy and say neither of their systems worked therefore it must be a mistake and hope for a warning because atleast max stopped at the second he saw the flags.

3) Insert any dumb excuse here.
