Like this post is incriminating. We had a legit house in Florida and lived in NY. My dad would never let me drive in NY at a Florida age because of liability.
Really not doing your 14 yo any good showing him how proud dad is to work the system and put the family at risk for liability.

Parking lots after hours might just continue for another year until he's legal or shortcut to Kansas?
