Holy cow...same here. This one was Olive Green. I actually bought my first car...a 1981 Ford Mercury Capri that had a 302 in it. Dad caught me roasting tires in it one day...and took it away and put me in the LTD until I "learned my lesson".
Told me...you won't spin the tires in that one day when I was leaving. Being a little rebellious....I pulled out in the road (It was a desolate road in front of our house)...drove about 50ft forward while he was standing in the yard.
I then put it in reverse and floored it. When I got it going as fast as I could manage, I immediately slammed the car down into drive without pulling my foot off of the gas.
The car lurched to a halt...paused...then slightly chirped the tires as it started back forward.
Lost my license for about 2 weeks after that incident!
